Description

As a key member of our trades department, this individual brings advanced troubleshooting abilities while providing electrical support. They will utilize their electrical expertise and knowledge to support Power Plant Operations.

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery used within our Power Plant operations. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work cohesively with the team to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
  • Develop and provide preventative electrical support.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding any electrical issues.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Red Seal Industrial Electrician Certification.
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers license
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently follow safe work practices and procedures.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently, or in a team environment.
  • Must be in good physical condition.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Mackenzie.
