Ken Shields
Ken is the Chair and CEO of Conifex and the former CEO of Raymond James Ltd. Ken has also worked previously as a former director for Slocan Forest Products Ltd., Timber West Forest Corp. and Raymond James Financial Inc., and is currently a director of the Forest Products Association of Canada and the Council of Forest Industries.
Michael Costello
Michael has held a number of high–profile executive and board positions, including President and CEO of BC Transmission Corporation, President and CEO of BC Hydro and Power Authority, as well as acting as both Deputy Minister of Finance and Secretary to the Treasury Board for the Government of British Columbia.
Charles Miller
Charlie Miller is a Partner at Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC, a family of private equity funds, and a member of its investment committee. He has served on the boards of several Blue Wolf portfolio companies, including the former Conifex Cross City sawmill complex known as Suwannee Lumber Company and Conifex Glenwood, formerly known as Caddo River Forest Products. Prior to joining Blue Wolf in 2012, he was an equity partner at Patton Boggs LLP and served as Blue Wolf’s primary external counsel.
Janine North
Janine has a wealth of experience in the resource sector, including managing logging and trucking companies and Forest Districts. She currently serves as a director for Imperial Metals Corporation, Mercer International Inc., Fraser Basin Council and British Columbia Ferry Services Inc. She is a former director of British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority, viaSport, Canadian Sport Institute Pacific, Business Council of British Columbia, Associations for Mineral Exploration of British Columbia, Agricultural Institute of Canada, Junior Achievement BC, the Nechako-Kitimat Development Fund Society and the Central Interior Logging Association. Janine retired from the Northern Development Initiative Trust in 2016 after serving 11 years as the founding Chief Executive Officer.
Dave Roberts
Following a long and distinguished career with a number of securities firms, including Gordon Securities, Pemberton Securities and Goepel Shields, Dave recently retired from Raymond James Ltd., where he headed up the firm’s Toronto-based institutional equity business.
